Great place for family to get together. Lots of room for adults and children. Clean building and restrooms

Finally checked this place out with my dog and was pleasantly surprised. The trail along the river/creek is beautiful. At the bat cave marker I watched coyote or wolf pups play outside their den. On the way back the trail gets pretty steep. This is what I envision when hiking through the woods and I will definitely go back.

It is a nice little park with a few hidden treasures along the trail (water and views). There are places to picnic. The hiking trail is beautiful but does require some up and down hill walking.
