Finally got to our local historical museum and was very pleased. There are many interesting exhibits but I missed a few as it was Christmas time & a great deal of space was given over to that. I shall go back soon to see it at a regular time of year when all their regular exhibits are on display. They have many fascinating things and the train-room is a MUST!

Cool place and a must for everybody visiting Bowling Green. The grounds are better to walk with a a baby than a city park. The people who take care of the museum are doing a great job!

A beautiful spot that any photographer will enjoy. The grounds offer numerous photo opportunities from the stone fence, a garden, a log cabin and a pretty porch. The museum itself is located in a lovely mansion and offers a variety of exhibits and history of NW Ohio.

It is a worthwhile trip. The stories we were told were interesting. Not much more I can say except it was fun for the family.

The site of the original workhouse and home for the indigent and criminally insane has an updated museaum, tours, a graveyard, beautiful herb gardens. You can tour the museaum for a few bucks, which is well worth it.

Overall, this is a really cool museum. Walking around it allows you to get a really good idea of all the history. The museum has so many rooms and various exhibits as well. The jar of fingers was probably one of the creepiest things I have ever seen. This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or just passing through.

This museum is located in the former Wood County infirmary for the mentally ill. It provides a variety of displays, including a jar of disembodied fingers. The museum offers special events, too.

This is a wonderful museum to visit. During the month of December they have it decorated for the holidays and it is beautiful!

Has so many rooms to go through and history is all around you. The outside has barns, oil drilling machines, ect.
