The Old Town of Eksj? is a unique area which follows the rules of medieval town planning. Many of the houses were built in the 1600?s, in fact virtually the whole of the Old Town comprises of listed buildings. The inhabitants of Eksj? are very concerned about architectural preservation. Eksj? and the Old Town have been awarded one of the internationally acclaimed Europa Nostra Diplomas for 1997.

I like the whole town and the surroundings, If you are a golf player there is Skedhults Golfbana 5 km from the center of Eksj?.

I find this Island lovely. It?s like time hasn?t pass there, The buidings are lovely, you can walk in the streets and find many stores that have everything you can imagine (clothing, chocolates, cuisine stuff, souvenirs etc.) If I had only one day in Stockolm I would come here. In this Island there are also quite interesting museums such as Nobel and Royal Palace. You can watch the cange of guard and the architacture of this town is worth it by itself.

Visited Stockholm in late-april and it was super hot. Almost to hot for me (polar bear).Travelled to both Gamla Stan and Djurg?rden.Both places where of great value for us. Gamla Stan is lovely with it's many restaurants and rare shops. It is however a little bit expensive, but that's life.

You can take Metro or walk from Stockholm City island to Gamla Stan Island over a connecting bridge. This little island has cobblestone streets. The best selection of restaurants, cafe and Bars are on this island. This is the mail tourist attraction when in Stockholm, the city made up of islands. One can walk for hours and get lost in time. I highly recommend a visit to Gamla Stan when in Stockholm.

Amazing old town, very charming. It's like a typical town from a story tale! The streets are made of cobbles, so to walk around It's better with confortable shoes. Strongly recommended!!

L'atout de Stockholm , le c?ur de la vieille est vraiment riche tant en architecture qu'en restaurant et petit bar typique de la suède . Nous y somme allés fin Novembre , un marché de Noel y est installé sur une des petites places principales .

Essa regi?o de Estocolmo é onde se encontra a cidade velha, em uma das ilhas da cidade. Prédios antigos muito bonitos. Vale a pena ver o p?r do sol dali.

この地区には、美しい見どころが密集しています。時間がないときは、とにかくこのエリアと市庁舎だけに的を絞ると良いです。時間帯は昼２時くらいでしたが、すでに日が沈もうとしており、その夕日に照らされた建物も美しかったです。
