It's like what you have seen in korean dramas for the "huolongyu". You can relax in different types of hot springs and enjoy the views of mountains nearby. The air here is fresh and clean as well. The place is huge with many facilities including male/female/mixed sections for springs. You can also enjoy with your family at the games room with billards, table tennis, card and board games etc. There's also gym, video rooms and indoor swimming pool. Overall a great experience at the resort and hot springs. Recommended place for Dalian.

We drove there by car. It took us an hour drive. Not sure about public transport.We stayed overnight at the resort as it gives us more time to have fun. You could go for a day trip too. Basically, during winter it has artificial snow for skiing. 4 slopes altogether ranging from beginner to advance (which require a cable ski car). If i am not mistaken, it costs about rmb180 for two hours. There are also personal trainer which charged about 200rmb per person. For two person to a trainer, it;s 160 each. Personally, its not recommended for two to one coach as the price difference is just a little. They taught us the basics of skiing from controlling and gaining speed down the slopes. Fortunately, i am a quick learner and get to move to the intermediate slopes the third time. It's pretty safe when they are around. That's their job. They have male and female ski coach. After the ski lesson, they tend to ask for some "tips", its up to you to give them. If their services is horrible, don't bother.Hot Spring - If you are going on the day trip, it costs about 109RMB per person. As we booked a room overnight, we were charged 30RMB for each entry (maximum twice). What's inside the hot spring? They have the personal male and female hot spring. Walking out of the personal hot spring, they have a long swimming pool (heated up). They have a small cafe after the swimming pool section for Tea or some wan ton (dumplings). They also have leg and body massage. I think the leg massage is about 79RMB. They also have a place for pool and table tennis. Now comes the fun part, the OUTDOOR hot spring. Yes, its really cold outside. We were shivering like mad walking out side the swimming pool. The hot spring was rather hot. We couldn't really dive in all at once. So we were neither here nor there. But its fun. Try going once in a morning and once at night, different feeling. They have quite a varieties of difference hot spring pool from medicated to pebbles. It's for different treatment. Rooms - The rooms are pretty clean. They have two section. One is located at the hot spring area, and the other at the reception. Try to get the one nearer to the hot spring. Price difference is a little. Food - breakfast is provided. Varities are good but more to local delights. But it's still edible. There is a nearby restaurant in case you want to dine. Not exactly cheap or expensive. As it is the only resort there, i guess they want to control the price too.
